How do I make a purchase?

Shipping
What are your shipping prices?
One bag is $13.30 delivered anywhere in Australia, and the shipping price increases based on the weight of your order. However if your order totals over $100, shipping is FREE.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Most bags will arrive with five to seven business days. If after seven days you have still not received your order, please contact us at retail@sassyduck.com.au.
How will my item be packaged?
All bags are carefully packaged in Australia Post parcels.
Do you post internationally?
We regret that at this time Sassy Duck is unable to ship to international addresses.

Returns
Are returns accepted?
We only accept returns for cases in which the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to return an item, please email us at retail@sassyduck.com.au and we will do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
